Hello there! Welcome to your new girls’ fitness club!

Hi everyone! Welcome to my new place. I’m Cassie, by the way. If you’ve landed in this page, I gather that you probably are a girl, like me, and you either already love everything sports-related – again, like me – or are trying to get into a new, healthier lifestyle. But if this is not the case, please don’t leave yet, that is not all we’ll be talking about here. Actually, I want this to be a girls’ corner of the internet, where every female can find something that they are interested in reading – even if it’s just a little.

But before I start spewing information on sports, and healthy lifestyle choices – as well as subjects from the feminine universe – let me properly introduce myself.

I’ve already told you my name is Cassie, but I haven’t told you what brought me here. I’m no serious athlete, I’m just a girl who likes sports and has always taken part in them. I feel good when I’m active, and though it might sound borderline masochistic, I do relish the burn in my muscles at the end of a workout or if I’d been running or swimming. But just because I never used cramps as an excuse to skip PE class, that does not mean I’m not just like you.

Like every woman, I’m a perfectionist, and I do get demotivated sometimes. I also feel all out of energy sometimes. But I’ve found ways to get through it because I really do love sports and staying on top of my game. That’s why I’m here – to share my own tips on how to get fit, stay motivated, enjoy your activities and just be a powerful and healthy woman.

I promise you, I will do my best to make sure that you have a new partner and best friend in me and this blog, who will help you start your fitness routine and see you through it, whether you want to tone up for summer, lose a few extra pounds or change your life completely.

Remember, fitness is about more than just doing some sport and getting your muscles sore and toned. Here you’ll find tips on how I like to eat, how to relax, deal with a bad exercise day – or just one of those days in general – and how to live a healthy and happy life.

Don’t believe me? Then you better tag along for the ride, because I’ll be right here to talk to you about fitness and sports – it’s my passion after all – but more importantly, about things that makes us all comfortable and happy with ourselves, even if you are active already, or maybe don’t feel ready to start yet.

I do sincerely hope you come back, because I think all of us girls will have a lot of fun together here!

Oh, and if you have any questions or suggestions for me, feel welcome to leave a comment, because I look forward to start getting to know each and every one of my girls right away, so I know what you love already and what you’d like to see in here. Remember, this corner for all of us, so we need to make it our own as whole, taking everyone’s ideas into account!
